mint and lace

Hello! Another college outfit today. I was lucky enough to find this mint green and lace jumper in the Warehouse sale. I'd had my eye on it for a while and was excited to find that, with student discount, it had gone from £40 to £22.50. I think it's a great piece; it's a really nice light knit so it can be worn on a sunny day (like today) too! I also love the pastel mint colour. I teamed it with leggings and my cream and gold studded Topshop loafers. The Topshop studded loafers seem to be the only shoes I wear at the moment! Jumper - Warehouse £22.50 Leggings - H&M £5.99 Studded Loafers - Topshop £28 Thanks for reading :) xxx

wish list: camo jacket

Hello! I've been noticing a trend for camo jackets lately! At first I wasn't too sure but they've definitely grown on me! They're great for adding a grunge touch to any outfit. Also, with the rainy weather we've been having in the UK they're practical for keeping dry, especially at festivals! My favourite is the one of the camo jackets featured in Zara's June TRF Lookbook, as shown in the photo. I love the way the cute diamante detail adds a pretty touch! I love the way Fearne Cotton has mixed hers with different accessories (the Del Rey Mulberry! <3) for a unique grunge glam look. Urban Outfitters also has a great camo jacket, but it's pretty pricey at £48. Have a look on ebay to see if you can find your perfect camo jacket at a reasonable price! Thank you for reading :) xxx

black and white

Hello! My new look on lookbook! The weather is so changeable recently it's quite hard to know what to wear! As it was quite hot today I opted for a more summery look. I paired my crochet top from H&M with my dip hem skirt, also from H&M and my River Island black sandals. The top and sandals are from my summer wardrobe last year and I've definitely got a lot of use out of them! I really love the trend for dip hem skirts and dresses which has emerged this year. They're a perfect mix of mini and maxi - the best of each in my opinion! They can be easily dressed down or part of a more formal outfit with a bralet for a special occasion:) Thanks for reading! xxx

my favourite shirt and shoes

Hello! I thought I'd do an outfit post today. This is what I wore to college. My shirt is from Zara and I bought it in a bigger size than normal so I could wear it with leggings. It's a great length and I really like the baggy fit. I teamed it with my Topshop studded shoes, which I may have to buy a new pair of if I can find any! They sell out as soon as they come in in my local Topshop :(. I was inspired by Jessie J's outfit from an episode of The Voice. I love the disco pants and Jeffrey Campbells! I cannot enthuse enough about Zara at the moment! I can't walk in without falling in love with something else! I think they are great for delivering on trend key pieces which often aren't as expensive as Topshop or Urban Outfitters. I can't wait for the sale to start! :) Thanks for reading! :) xx

creepers

Hello! So after months of umming and aahing i've bought some creepers! I'd been looking at the Underground creepers, particularly the ones in Office. But at around £90, they were just a bit too pricey for me! However, they seem to be of a great quality and there are a lot of different colour combinations, so it's definitely worth keeping an eye out for any Office discount codes if you want to get your hands on some Underground creepers! I chose to buy a pair of black and leopard print creepers and..wait for it.. a PINK pair too! I love the pastel colour and how it contrasts with the edgy design of the shoe. I've already debuted my leopard print pair, now I just need to get the pink pair out there! I teamed my leopard print creepers with leggings, my Missguided American flag jumper and my Levi jacket. Another outfit I featured the creepers in was a bit more focused towards the shoes. I wore a white shirt with a black glittery jumper, leggings and my trusty Levi jacket (which probably wasn't the best choice as it's pouring with rain here!) I'll post pics soon! I got my creepers for the bargain price of £24.99 from a small shop in my town centre. I definitely recommend having a look in shops that don't necessarily always have something you like - you can be pleasantly surprised when you find an unexpected gem! Also, if you don't want to spend a lot of money on creepers there are some great ebay listings which can help! Also check out boohoo.com who stock a range of creepers, including a studded pair I might have to invest in soon! Thanks for reading!
